Job Summary
Actively seeks to originate, maintain, and grow client relationships among commercial real estate owners, developers, and mortgage lenders, as well as law firms with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactional work. Focus on institutional-quality, large volume, and/or high-dollar transactions. Actively manages customer relationships throughout all phases of transactional work, including interaction with division management, transaction counsel, and deal team on complex on complex transactional issues. Sustained focus and energy on the client relationship throughout the entire title and escrow process, from order origination to closing of the matter, and continuing thereafter so as to maximize value for the client, the potential for continued business, and the client's trust and confidence in FATIC as a resource for all things title, whether or not in connection with a transaction.
Essential Functions
Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with existing client base
Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients
Coordinates closely with management to identify and prioritize target opportunities based market and client data, industry trends, intelligence regarding market participants, and other relevant information
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
Develops and executes a call plan for the area assigned to include calls on and appointments with qualified targets with the characteristics outlined above
Assesses individual client needs and develops, presents and implements a plan to meet those needs
Is highly visible in his/her marketing area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate
Demonstration and presentation of current product line, with emphasis on salable features of the same.
Effectively creates or adapts and delivers group and individual presentations to customer groups, target customers, cooperating agents and others
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions

Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenues opportunities

Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Typical Education
College Graduate or better. Business focus preferred. Post graduate or Law Degree with Business/Real Estate focus a plus, but not required.
Typical Range of Experience
2- 5 years of commercial real estate, finance or corporate risk insurance . Previous title insurance industry experience a plus, but not required.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
License or Certification
Requires a valid driver's license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
