Key aspects of our Instructional Designer positions are to understand our clients' performance improvement needs, design effective training solutions within project budgets, lead the development team, and ensure the overall project quality and success.
An ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
Solid understanding of instructional design and performance improvement
Excellent project management, team leadership, client facilitation, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Display original thinking and creativity and excel at meeting challenges with resourcefulness and innovative ideas.
Enjoy working with teams in a fast paced, energetic environment.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
