Responsibilities:
In this role you will successfully facilitate, teach, train and coach sales and product courses face-to-face or virtually as an individual or as a team to accelerate ramp and increase overall field productivity. You will work closely in collaboration with internal partners (Theater Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Product Management, Specialists, etc.) to assess gaps in field knowledge or skills, to uncover opportunities that drive additional high quality sales activity and to agree on an ongoing prioritized enablement plan (with the Global Field Enablement Program Manager) that can help address the needs of the business.
Provide creative ideas to the instructional design team to develop curriculum for worldwide field sales reps, inside sales reps, sales engineers, PS, Support as well as management, partners, and more.
Partner with internal Product, Field, GFE Design teams and successfully contribute to the development of sales process and product content
work in sync with the GFE Program Manager to co-ordinate the delivery of the content to the NA field.
Deliver and contribute to a world-class new hire and onboarding, sales, partner and leadership training regimen for both new hires and existing personnel ? work in conjunction with the Global Field Enablement function to embed standard methodologies into the NA theater.
Skillfully leverage all the global Managers tracking of progress of the field to assess gaps and next steps against the enablement framework for an individual and/or leader.
Test, assess and measure the NA enablement function against ramp and productivity expectations as well as the Global Enablement Program NPS and standard methodologies.
Use creative techniques and various delivery mechanisms to reach a dispersed, regional organization; Bring standard methodologies, 3rd party support and adopt new technologies as the need arises.
Drive a formal cadence of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual learning programs and events as defined by the Enablement Program to enhance the capabilities and productivity of the sales organization.
Keep a pulse on the Splunk customer environment as well as field personnel such that curriculum adjustments and delivery mechanisms are timely and high value.
Qualifications
You have experience as a quota carrying sales representative (selling a groundbreaking complex enterprise software solution), In addition you have:
12+ years experience in a fast growing software company and experience equivalent to this role.
Quota carrying experience and sales enablement experience.
Extensive "Front of Room" experience, with engaging sales and technical presentation skills.
You are extremely successful at energizing trainers and coaches, and you can make materials come alive! Ability to read a classroom and adjust your style and tone to adapt to your audiences is essential.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
