Onsite Program Manager - Seattle, WA

Position Summary
Support the established cohesive business relationship between assigned key account(s) and employer, BV Consumer Product Services. Working with the client's private label division including but not limited to product Integrity, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and product development teams. Also actively engage with the supply chain including agents, suppliers and factories.
Objective
Manage key account client relationship while assuring optimal operational performance.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of planning, organizing and managing information and resources to bring about the successful management of client requests within the network
Manage communication between assigned key account and BV divisions including the Consumer Products Services laboratories and inspection and audit offices worldwide
Assist the Client in the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal and external client documentation (Program Guide, Test and Inspection Request Forms, etc), standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality assurance protocols / standards, as well as compliance with policies, procedures, and standards
Prepare for and participate in quarterly reviews, client meetings and presentations training seminars and / or tradeshows as requested
Continuously identify ways to standardize and improve the quality assurance program. Analyse program data/client performance measurements to also call out trends and note inconsistencies. Make recommendations for improvement. Execute recommendations to all parties upon approval.
Serve as the client's primary point of contact for inquiries and requests concerning the OneSource??? system. Set access for new users and provide onsite training. Implement new features as they become available.
Provide regular feedback to the operations and technical services processes to simplify and optimize effectiveness.
Ensure accurate and complete delivery of services within the defined turnaround times, including protocol development, turnaround time, price quote generation, technical questions / research, process questions and follow up
Provide technical support with the assistance of the BV team on testing, Inspection, safety and regulatory requirements
Manage day to day activities including but not limited to client mailboxes, dissemination of inspection reports, requested analysis and special projects.
Facilitate supplier lab certification with Bureau Veritas
Keep current on industry standards, new technologies, practices and methodologies
Keep Current on new regulations for the US & Canada

Experience and Educational Background Required for the Job
Onsite Program Manager:
High level of product knowledge through all phases of textile and garment production
Strong communication skills
Extensive knowledge of testing, inspection and regulatory issues
Textile degree or strong textile background
Ability to think mechanically and analytically; understand basic scientific methods
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlookses of textile and garment production

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
