Texas Instruments is seeking a Digital Design Engineer for our Federal Way, WA location to work on leading edge clocking products and provide challenging learning opportunities. This design engineer will design complex integrated circuits that include digital and mixed signal circuits therefore a proven capability to span development tasks from architecture exploration to modeling to lab debug is a must. We are seeking a candidate that can clearly express concepts in presentations, specifications and reports as well as oversees the definition, design, verification, and documentation for clocking product development. A strong ability to understand and act on the physical realizations of logic structures and clocking is imperative. This digital design engineer will determine architecture design, logic design, and system simulation and will performs all aspects of the digital design flow from high level design to synthesis, place and route, timing and power to create a design database that is ready for manufacturing. This design engineer will analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. A working knowledge of Mixed-Signal Cadence tools and parasitic parameter extraction is a must. We are looking for someone to work in a small "startup-like" team environment and have an analytical approach to problem solving.
Innovative logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for high speed clocking products
Interface with process, test, product, application, marketing, project management managers and engineers to successfully bring new products from concept to release to production.
Work with marketing and applications teams as well as customers to help define new products
Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.
Perform design feasibility analysis and schedule prediction
Validation and debug of product
Designs Requirements:
Experience with high speed clocking products used in wired communications and wireless infrastructure including CPRI, Ethernet, SyncE, IEE1588, SONET, SDH, etc.
Expert on logic design using Verilog/System Verilog, synthesis, timing analysis and closure, and optimization for both ASICs and FPGAs.
Proven experience in C/C++ and Python, and simulation and modeling tools/languages such as Matlab
Understanding of control and communication systems
Strong ability to understand and act on the physical realizations of logic structures and clocking
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of relevant industry experience with a strong background in high-speed analog design and a proven record of successfully released high-speed products

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
