Senior Program Analyst (Technical Analyst)

OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Program Analyst in our Washington, DC office for the Navy's Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program.
As a Program Analyst, you will support the team by analyzing complex weapons and missile systems development and sustainment issues in a fast-paced environment to provide critical analyses and solutions to emerging challenges.
The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise which includes DoD experience, a familiarity with weapons and missile engineering principles, and a proven technical writing capability.
This position is onsite at Washington Navy Yard with the possibility of 1 to 2 days of telework per week.
What will you do? Analyze complex weapon/missile system and sustainment issues using qualitative and quantitative methods to include statistical and trend analysis.
Support and coordinate technical reviews.
Conduct assessments and evaluations.
Provide recommendations on special studies.
Assist in developing methodologies for and participating in the development of threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for the Navy Hypersonic Missile program.
Provide meeting and conference support.
Process documents, data, and reports as needed to support client requirements.
Manage multiple conflicting priorities while supporting the various process owners.
Create reports and data visualizations to make recommendations to leadership.
Manage data analytics to understand the scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Monitor project schedule compliance levels, identify gaps, and assess project risks.
Open issues tracking and follow up with issue owners.
Ensure document review and approval occur in a timely manner as dictated by program management.
Do you have what it takes?Required skills Must have a master's degree and 10 years of professional experience OR bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field and 11 years of experience or a High School Diploma and 15 years of experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance.
Fully adjudicated Secret clearance is preferred.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
Analyze and interpret program data to identify any risks, issues, solutions, and recommendations.
Ability to manage and prioritize numerous assignments.
Preferred skills Expertise in DoD roles, missions, and organizational structure.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
